Frequently Asked Questions

How long does credit repair take?

Credit improvement is not a one-size-fits-all process. Timelines vary based on factors such as the accuracy of information currently reporting on your credit profile, the type of accounts involved, creditor response times, and your personal financial behavior moving forward.

Some clients may begin to see changes within 30–60 days, while others may require several months of consistent effort. Because every credit profile is unique, results and timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Our role is to educate you on lawful credit strategies and guide you through the process of addressing inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information in accordance with federal law.

What can be disputed or removed from my credit report?

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), consumers have the right to dispute information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable.

Items that may be eligible for dispute include (but are not limited to):

  • Accounts not belonging to you
  • Incorrect balances, dates, or account statuses
  • Duplicate accounts
  • Outdated negative information
  • Accounts reporting after legal reporting periods

Important:
Accurate, verifiable, and timely information is not legally removable, even if it is negative. No ethical or lawful credit professional can remove accurate data.

Elite Visionaries Consulting Group provides education and guidance on the dispute process — we do not alter, falsify, or misrepresent information.

How soon will I see results?

Results depend on:

  • The nature of the items being disputed
  • Credit bureau investigation timelines (typically up to 30 days)
  • Creditor responses
  • Your ongoing financial habits

Some clients notice improvements after the first dispute cycle, while others experience gradual progress over time. No specific outcome or timeframe can be promised, and any claims suggesting guaranteed results should be viewed with caution.

Our focus is on long-term credit health, not quick fixes.

Do you offer refunds on services and digital products?

Elite Visionaries Consulting Group offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on consulting services only, subject to the terms below.

If, after 90 days of active participation, there have been no changes to your credit profile, you may request a refund of service fees paid, provided that:

  • All required documentation was submitted on time
  • The client followed the recommended dispute and educational process
  • The account remained in good standing with no missed payments
  • No additional negative items were added due to new activity during the service period

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the 90-day review period and will be evaluated based on documented participation and bureau responses.

Important:
This guarantee does not promise specific results, score increases, or removals. Credit reporting agencies and creditors operate independently, and outcomes vary by individual.

Digital products, downloads, templates, and educational materials are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
